She motivates others while keeping it real and down to earth. Yet, she speaks truth with boldness, gracefulness, and compassion, rightly dividing the word of God to his people.

Beulah is the founder and president of Jabez, Inc. a harm reduction agency educating on HIV/AIDS, Marriage/ Family Counseling and Prosperity in the Word, an outreach and television ministry.

She is educated in the area of Addictive and Co-Occurring Disorders and specializes in clients on probation/parole.

She answered her calling to the ministry in 1999 and she knows there are no limits with God, the only limitation are those that others place on you and those you place on yourself.

Beulah Moore, Ph.D is known to many as "BeBe." She is a loving mother and grandmother.

Currently she is working on her first book.
